My name is Mike Harned and I live in Anchorage Alaska and I am the Alaskan Duck Hunter, and I have a dream that when I retire I will follow the waterfowl migration from Alaska to Texas.
Well on April 1st, 2008 I WILL retire after 38 years with AS&G and plan to start this trip on opening day in Alaska September 1st. This trip is still in the planning stages and all the other hunting locations have not been firmed up yet, but thanks to Rusty McDaniel's from Mossy Oak I have a bunch of Mossy Oak outfitters to pick from. I will spend much of October with my friends Kevin & Patti McNeil of Blue Sky Outfitters in McLennan Alberta or my long time hunting partner Todd Dilley in Saskatchewan.
